- Local Cases: 264
- Returnees: 0 {High number of cases constituting 48% of cases reported today Mash East (8), Midlands (96), Manicaland (5) and Masvingo (20) are from outbreaks detected in schools}.
- Deaths: 2
- Vaccinations: 22 336 (first dose); 30 844 (second dose)
- Total Cumulative Vaccinations: 2 930 850 (first dose); 2 032 831(second dose)
- Tests: 4 610 (Positivity today was 5.7%)
- As of 16 September 2021, @1500hrs there were 128 hospitalised cases: New Admissions 6, Asymptomatic 18, mild to moderate 93, severe 16 and 1 in Intensive Care Units.
